WHO WE ARE The 70th Precinct Interfaith Clergy Council serves as a collective body of community, Precinct, and congregation to promoting healthy neighborhoods while minimizing crime, and reviving activism within our places of worship. The membership is comprised of clergy, Imams, Rabbis, local Pastors, Associate Pastors, Ministers, and other Community Leaders.
- Act as a liaison between the police department and the community.
- Liaison with NYPD Support youth programs
- Support crime prevention programs
- Support NYPD community affairs initiatives
- Collaborates with other clergy groups /community agencies
- Provide Spiritual Care Mentorship For All
- Provide Free Funeral Services To Families of Gun Shot Victims
- Promote Public Safety Awareness Initiatives in The Business Community
